Silver level requires completing at least 30 rides within a 30-day period, maintaining a 4.5+ rating, being active for 10+ days, and keeping your cancellation rate below 15%.

An active day is any day when you're online in the driver app for at least 2 hours total (not necessarily consecutive).

If you take time off from driving, your level may be adjusted at your next 30-day review based on your activity during that period. When you return, you'll have the opportunity to build back to your previous level.

New drivers automatically receive 0% commission on their first 10 rides, regardless of fare amount. There's no minimum requirement—just complete the rides and keep 100% (minus payment processing fees).
