The system automatically evaluates your metrics at the end of each 30-day period and upgrades your level if you've met all requirements. There's no application process—just drive, maintain your rating, and you'll advance automatically.

Yes. Your level is reviewed every 30 days based on your recent performance. If you no longer meet all requirements for your current level, you may be moved to a lower level. However, you can always work your way back up!

Silver level requires completing at least 30 rides within a 30-day period, maintaining a 4.5+ rating, being active for 10+ days, and keeping your cancellation rate below 15%.

An active day is any day when you're online in the driver app for at least 2 hours total (not necessarily consecutive).

No, HEVO doesn't penalize you for declining ride requests. We believe in giving drivers the freedom to choose which rides they accept.

If you take time off from driving, your level may be adjusted at your next 30-day review based on your activity during that period. When you return, you'll have the opportunity to build back to your previous level.

If you're approved to drive both vehicle types, you'll receive the appropriate commission rate for each ride based on the vehicle used for that specific trip.
