DRIVER FEE SCHEDULE
INTRODUCTION
This Fee Schedule applies to Evio Tech Pty Ltd ("HEVO").
APPLICABILITY
Unless a promotional or other arrangement applies, this Fee Schedule applies to:
(a) Passenger transportation trips undertaken by Drivers registered in any city where a Driver Program does not apply;
(b) All trips undertaken by Driver partners with the HEVO product ("EcoRide");
(c) All trips undertaken by Driver partners with the HEVO EV product ("PureEV").
PURPOSE AND DURATION
This Fee Schedule sets out the fees and circumstances in which such fees are payable by you for the facilitation of bookings for Services by HEVO in Australia through the Driver App and in accordance with your agreement with HEVO under the Driver Agreement.
This Fee Schedule applies from the date you commence as a Driver partner until updated or replaced in accordance with the Driver Agreement.
FEE STRUCTURE
HEVO Driver Levels
HEVO utilizes a performance-based driver levels structure that rewards quality service and consistent activity. The HEVO Services Fee varies based on your current level.
Bronze Level (Entry Level)
- EcoRide (Hybrid): 18% Services Fee
- PureEV (Electric): 16% Services Fee
- Requirements: All new drivers start at this level
Silver Level
- EcoRide (Hybrid): 15% Services Fee
- PureEV (Electric): 13% Services Fee
- Requirements:
- 30+ completed rides in 30 days
- 4.5+ driver rating
- Active for 10+ days/month
- Cancellation rate below 15%
Gold Level
- EcoRide (Hybrid): 12% Services Fee
- PureEV (Electric): 10% Services Fee
- Requirements:
- 100+ completed rides in 30 days
- 4.7+ driver rating
- Active for 15+ days/month
- Cancellation rate below 10%
Platinum Level
- EcoRide (Hybrid): 10% Services Fee
- PureEV (Electric): 8% Services Fee
- Requirements:
- 150+ completed rides in 30 days
- 4.8+ driver rating
- Active for 20+ days/month
- Cancellation rate below 5%
New Driver Special Offer
First 10 rides: 0% Services Fee for all new drivers
HEVO Services Fee
The HEVO Services Fee is calculated as a percentage of the Payment Fees payable by a Passenger for the provision of Services, based on your current Driver Level.
Your driver level is reviewed at the end of each 30-day period based on your performance metrics.
For trips undertaken by Driver partners registered in a city where a Driver Program does not apply: A flat Services Fee of 20% applies.
Exclusions from Services Fee
The HEVO Services Fee does not apply to certain additional fees payable by a Passenger or User that either you or HEVO are wholly entitled to, such as:
- Levy fee
- Cancellation fee
- Toll fee
- Compulsory third party insurance (if applicable)
- Any other fee imposed by HEVO from time to time, as updated
ADDITIONAL TERMS
Capitalised terms in this Fee Schedule that are not defined here have the same meaning given to them in the Driver Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise.
If you do not agree with any terms in this Fee Schedule, you must immediately stop using the HEVO App.
