PASSENGER OFFERS POLICY

INTRODUCTION

This document outlines the general terms and conditions that apply to all promotions, discounts, and special offers ("Offers") available to Hevo passengers. These terms ensure clarity and fairness in how Offers are distributed and redeemed.

DEFINITIONS

Offer: Any promotion, discount, voucher, coupon, or special deal provided by Hevo.

Percentage Discount: A percentage reduction applied to the total trip fare.

Maximum Savings: The maximum amount that can be discounted from a single trip.

Redemption Limit: The maximum number of times an Offer can be used.

GENERAL TERMS

Eligibility and Availability

1. All Offers are valid only in the specified geographical area (country, state, city, or locality) where the promotion is conducted.
2. Unless stated otherwise, Offers are only available to selected account holders who received the Offer through an official Hevo communication channel.
3. If a promotion code is provided, it must be correctly entered at the time of booking to receive the benefit.
4. Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Usage and Redemption

5. Only one Offer will apply to each eligible trip. The system will automatically apply the Offer with the highest value.
6. When multiple Offers have the same value, the one with the earlier expiration date will be applied first.
7. Any unused portion of an Offer expires once the Offer is used.
8. If an Offer can be redeemed multiple times:
   • It is limited to the number of uses specified during the available period
   • Only one voucher can be used per trip
   • A maximum of four Offers can be used per account per day
9. Offers with a specified service type (e.g., "Hevo only") are valid exclusively for that service.

Discounts and Values

10. For Percentage Discounts with a Maximum Savings cap:
    • The discount will be calculated as the specified percentage of the total trip fare
    • The discount excludes tolls, levies, and third-party charges
    • The maximum discount per trip cannot exceed the Maximum Savings amount
11. Unless otherwise specified, Offers expire at 23:59 (local time) on the stated expiration date.

Hevo's Rights

12. Hevo reserves the right to limit redemptions of promotion codes at any time. Limited redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
13. Hevo may refuse, terminate, or cancel any Offer and/or suspend or cancel a user account if:
    • The applicable terms and conditions have been breached
    • The Offer was obtained through unfair, deceptive, fraudulent, or dishonest means
14. Hevo's decisions regarding Offers are final and may be exercised without prior notice or explanation.
15. Hevo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

16. Hevo, its contractors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses (including indirect or consequential losses) resulting from or connected to any Offer, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

17. These terms should be read in conjunction with the specific descriptions of each Offer and any other applicable Hevo policies.
18. These terms are governed by the laws of the geographical area in which the Offer is conducted.
